Brioche & Iberico Loin Cold Sandwich

Servings: 1 – Prep/Cooking Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

Brioche Bread
Iberico Loin, thin slices
Manchego Cheese (or Wine Goat Cheese)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sweet microgreens
Pepper to taste
Aioli (optional)

PROCEDURE:

Put all the ingredients together and serve!  You don’t even have to warm it up, that’s optional, as well as adding other ingredients of your choice. Enjoy on a sunny summer day!

NOTES:

Our Iberico Loin is so spectacular, very versatile, great flavor and marbling.  This is why is always a good idea to have it ready to slice the next piece.   All our Iberico Loin categories are very delicate in flavor.  If you want an intense flavor, then use our Serrano Loin.
